Since 1988, Gem Plaza has designed and manufactured jewellery in its own Jaipur atelier. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility brings design, CAD, casting, handcrafting, stone setting, finishing and quality control together under one roof, with more than 150 craftspeople working across the process.

At Gem Plaza, a visit goes beyond jewellery manufacturing. Under one roof, partners can explore our manufacturing atelier, develop their own B2B designs, discover the Gyan Museum's private collection, and experience our jewellery house.
The experience extends to warm Indian hospitality, with our traditional Indian cuisine served by our hospitality team. For our clients, a visit to Gem Plaza is as much about craftsmanship, culture and experience as it is about jewellery.

Wax & Casting
Precision wax patterns are prepared and cast in karat gold according to the design. Our casting process is carefully controlled for accuracy, strength and detail.

Handcrafting
Skilled craftspeople shape, form and assemble elements that require the precision of handwork. Each piece is refined at the bench to achieve its intended structure and character.

Stone Setting
Gemstones are individually set using techniques suited to the design and stone. Each setting is carefully aligned to balance security, proportion and brilliance.

Enamelling
Colour and texture are introduced through carefully applied enamel techniques. Each piece is finished with precision to complement the metal and gemstones.

Polishing & Finishing
Surfaces are refined through successive stages of polishing, texturing and finishing. Every piece is cleaned and carefully prepared before its final inspection.

Quality Control & Hallmarking
Every piece is inspected against its approved design, specifications and gemstone details. Gold jewellery is hallmarked through a BIS-recognised assaying and hallmarking centre.

Authenticity & Transparency
Every piece of jewellery is created with a commitment to authenticity, transparency and responsible craftsmanship.
Where applicable, jewellery is accompanied by relevant authenticity and gemstone documentation, while gold jewellery is hallmarked through the appropriate BIS-recognised process. We believe trust comes from transparency. From gemstone information and documentation to craftsmanship and hallmarking, we provide clear details about each piece and the materials used.
Is Gem Plaza a Manufacturer or a Retailer?
Gem Plaza is both a jewellery manufacturer and a retail house. We design and create our own jewellery in our Jaipur atelier, where every stage of production is carried out under one roof. Our collections are presented at our M.I. Road showroom in Jaipur.
