Coloured gemstone
Tanzanite, morganite, tourmaline, spinel and more — each design begins with the stone.
Beyond emerald, ruby and sapphire lies an extraordinary world of colour — tanzanite in shifting blue and violet, morganite in soft pink, amethyst in purple, peridot in fresh green, tourmaline in an almost endless range of hues, along with spinel and other natural gemstones, including the more unusual and lesser-known stones that pass through Jaipur's gemstone trade. Jaipur processes more than 300 varieties of precious and semi-precious gemstones, giving the city an unusually broad palette to work with.
This collection brings those stones together without asking them to conform to one colour or style. A single exceptional gem may become the centre of a ring or pendant; several colours may come together in a more expressive jewel. The design begins with what the stone offers — its colour, cut, character and natural individuality — and the setting follows. From the familiar to the unexpected, these are gemstones chosen for the simple reason that they bring something different to a piece of jewellery.
