Private label and OEM
Your design, your name, your box. We make the piece and we stay off it.

The arrangement
What private label means here
You own the design and the mark. We manufacture to your specification, mark the piece with your hallmark and stamp rather than ours, and ship it in your packaging if you supply it. Nothing on the piece, the certificate wallet or the outer carton identifies Gem Plaza unless you ask for it.
It is the same floor, the same benches and the same quality room as our own collections. The difference is whose name goes on the box.
How a private label programme runs
01
1 · NDA and brief
A mutual NDA is signed before you send designs. Then a brief: category, quantities, metal, stone quality, target landed cost and the market it sells into.
02
2 · Development
CAD, costing against measured stones, and a resin trial. You see dimensions and weights before any metal is committed.
03
3 · Sample and sign-off
A physical sample is made and approved in writing. That approved sample becomes the reference for the whole run.
04
4 · Production
The run is made, inspected piece by piece against the approved sample, hallmarked and packed to your specification.
05
5 · Reorder
Masters and moulds are held under your name. A repeat order comes off the same master, so the second delivery matches the first.
Minimums, lead times and terms
Stated plainly
This page describes a process the atelier runs. It does not quote a price, a minimum or a lead time, because those depend on category, metal weight, stone quality and the season, and a number published here would be wrong for most readers.
Send a specification and you will get real figures for your programme, in writing, within two business days.
Tell us what you sell
Category, volume band, target price band and the market. That is enough for a first conversation.
